The Network of Overseas Healthcare Executives (NOHE) is an independent chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). The Chapter is supported by two Local Program Councils (LPC) that provide recruitment, advancement, retention, education and networking services to the Chapter membership. LPCs are located in Europe and the Pacific.
